The more we rush and spend more time indoors staring at our screens and devices, the more urban our lifestyles become, the more we crave and need time away from it all.
We need much more trees, natural features replacing concrete and asphalt, more walking and hiking paths, green roofs, more waterways for recreational use, more spectacular viewing areas and urban sanctuaries. Such a pity we have so little of it in our city, I think that's one of the main causes of stress nowadays!
